Fezile lives by Shepherd’s Care Home with her mother and six siblings. Two of her sisters are already sponsored through GSM. Her father passed away in 2011 when she was a 1st grader. Her mother does laundry and in season, harvests for people and sells mangoes and bananas house-to-house to try to make enough to feed her children. Sadly, in January of 2021, as is extremely common in eSwatini, Fezile was attacked on her way home from school. A passerby heard her cries and the man was caught and arrested, but unfortunately, he’s out on bail. This precious girl attends our church on site, and our housefather is the pastor; he and his wife have counseled with her. We’re praying for her to heal in every way.
