Phetsile lived on the homestead of a proclaimed Christian woman who mistreated her horribly. The girl was so over-worked and mistreated, she couldn't even concentrate on her studies last year. After having been #10 in her class in Form 1, she didn't even pass Form 2. The stress was bearing down on her, and she just didn't know where to turn.

 Thankfully, her sister married a man from our church on site, and they were able to rescue her when they learned how awful things had gotten. She lives with them now, but they lacked the funds to pay for her to attend high school.

The school wasn't accepting anymore students by the time Phetsile moved in, but the Lord granted us favor, and we were allowed to enroll her!  Just look at her face--she's literally beaming with so much joy and gratitude for this opportunity--and for being able to do a normal amount of chores now, leaving her time to study hard. 

 She's already quite active in our youth group and the youth choir, and we praise God for letting us be a small part of the answer she needed.
